spicy & sweet green pepper salad


green pepper salad is something i could live off of. it's really simple to make and can be eaten with just about anything.

sweet green peppers
hot green peppers
1 garlic head
olive oil
salt to taste

saute them until ther are blistered.


add peeled garlic cloves until golden brown.


peel off the skins of the peppers, or leave them. today i left them.
slice them into thin strips, or leave whole.
eat alone with bread, add to the top of any other salad or even pasta.
enjoy!
