Rosemary Lemon Halibut

I love fish! We all do in this family. Here is a really simple dish to make.

Put your fish steaks in a plastic bag with :

1 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 tbs lemon pepper seasoning
2 tbs dried rosemary

Set them in the fridge until an hour before you want to eat.
This is good for fast meals for those of us who work (at home) or outside.

Preheat your oven to 400.

Place the fish steaks on top of sliced onion and grated garlic cloves.

Bake until flaky, 40 minutes or so, depending on how much fish you have to cook and the size and kind of pan you are using.
Serve with your favorite side.
